Yeah one of the Internationals. They said there was diesel mixing with the oil. Shit is like a 1/2" or more above full and no one's added any oil to it. Plus it's a pain in the ass to start. You have to flip the glow plugs 3 times, floor it and hold while cranking and when it builds 10 psi with the oil it will start.

I told them a month ago that whatever they did to our truck way back there needs to be done to this one because it was doing the same thing. Except for the high oil pressure.

 

What happened with the bus was it started jerking, and even with gas pedal all the way to the floor, it slowed to a crawl, bucking and hauling. RPMs going nuts even when parked on the side of the road. We had three kids onboard, 784 came and got em.

Actually, our fleet has quite a few of em. The old ones are still going as spares, but the new ones are crap. 227 had some sort of crazy failure with his and he was bouncing around spares for almost 2 years. He just got his back on the first day of school. We called him Spare Bus Pat.
