    Wow! I work for a medical device company that makes both surgical grafts as well as endovascular aortic repair devices and a 100mm aneurysm is crazy!!
    The largest ascending aortic endovascular device we make is 53mm. Glad you got that taken care of, this stuff is nothing to play around with.

    I've heard doctors talk about witnessing a patient die from a ruptured aortic aneurysm, the experience seemed quite traumatic and haunting for the physician.

    start out nice and clean. if they cuss, I think it's fair game.... use your discretion tho..... unless your agency starts using body cams, then I'd recommend not unless you have to
