Go to Petersmill...its groomed enough to feel like a road with some small bump sensitivity. I would roll with another guy and just drive a section or two with both set ups and see how the rear is. At the same time, I could see somewhat of a challenge depending on how the front feels to get a good observation of the rear.

I was saying for testing purposes. If you want to test road worthy manners, that is a good candidate as you can get some good speed without much reprocussion. I don't think Petersmill was even intended to be challenging, but a spot for side by sides and motos to fly down.

I might just do that then. I need to find someone with the B110s in the rear, and maybe something similar in the front

Word...if not Im sure you could hit the bottom beginning portion of flagpole for similar terrain if that might be a better location on the way to a desired location. Good thing is I think some guys here have that rear, but not for sure.

New rear shocks because current ones are too short?

There is no way a Billie B110 can compare with any premium shock. A B110 will be a down grade in performance from your Icons as far as ride quality goes.
And if putting a longer shock in the stock location, you are sacrificing uptravel for the sake of downtravel. That's why I spent the monies to do a relocate.
