I don't appreciate all of the bullying and spare parts shaming going on in here...

Suppose I should leave my tools and fuel cans home to. After all, there must be a Sears around somewhere. Are there any Sears stores left?

DTD can probably get me tires in a couple of days too. Minimalist wheeling. I like it. :D

As a Utah native, I'm going to recommend that you just assume that everything is illegal in Utah. Then you can be pleasantly surprised when you find out something is actually legal.

Hah! Right right. I had forgotten that part about Utah. I guess I had better make sure Moab has a liquor store...

    Nice.

i was supposed to be bringing my daughter and fiance but seeing how as i only have a daughter now and her mom is being a PIA about taking her to moab solo I'll just be solo. I'll bring the guns and booze then shamelessly flirt with any girl i see.

Yeah but I'm a snob so ill just pack down my Snap On tools. As far as the fuel can thing goes well i pack one but have never needed it. like ever.

It's not illegal if you don't get caught.

    This.

How I made it through my 20s back home without getting killed or arrested still mystifies me.

Of course Moab has a liquor store. Drinking is how 90% of the world deals with paying taxes and being and adult

10-15 years ago when I used to visit Utah, the beer sold in the state was a lower % alcohol by volume. I learned to stock up in Nevada on the way. Not sure if that's still the case though.

So... it's really illegal to bring full strength beer into UT? I was joking before.

We were in Park City last summer, so I know you can't get a real drink in a bar.

There's also lots of UT plates at the liquor stores this side of the border. :D

And yes, you can buy rear beer in UT/Moab, but from the state run liquor store. Where it's sold warm and indvidually, and they close at 5 or soemthing.
