They would have to ingest it to get any psychoactive properties out of "weed" at all. Smoking it doesn't do that.

    Oh, forgot about this thread....

I got another possible ghost story to add.

Was out a few months back in one of the larger ghost towns in the state - Bannack. Lots of buildings to explore. I like to go there in the off season - not so crowded then. I like a ghost town to be deserted when I'm there. As I was exploring the old Meade Hotel building my camera started to freak out, wouldn't take any pictures. Changed a couple settings thinking maybe it was lighting issues, etc. Still nothing. Stopped what I was doing and started to leave thinking that I had filled up my memory card or battery was low or something. I was flipping through the menu screens and checking things and all was good. I stopped in the lobby and took a couple of shots, no problem. Go back to where I had left off and my camera started freaking out again. Took my phone out and tried the camera on it, nothing. No one else was in there with me so I started talking out loud. Something to the affect of "OK, you can stop now. Its not funny. I'm just here to take a few pictures and I'll be on my way." Waited a second then went on to the next room. Camera was fine. Went back to the other room again and took some pics, no problem. Finished wandering through the hotel without further incident. As I was leaving I turned back and said "thank you, I'm leaving now!" and walked out. There were a few folks on their way into the building and they must have overheard me talking inside, kinda gave me a weird look as we passed on the front steps
I totally expected to find something weird in the photos when I got home and reviewed them on my computer but there was nothing - no blurs or smudges or orbs. Was kinda disappointed. There have been other ghost sightings there. And a couple local paranormal groups have gotten permission over the years to stay the night there to see what they can find and Ghost Adventures has been there twice I believe. They found a few weird happenings during their visit.

Started to write about another incident (the one where I moved next day) but was turning into a long winded mini-movie script.

... then I lost some of it by closing the tab without saving. Anyway, here are the key takeaways ..

Rented a room from retired couple. Everything was fine, although the house had a depressed, negative vibe to it ..as noted by another renter in room across hall.

Family member (of retired couple) murdered at the ripe age of 18

    House became like a shrine.

Had the sleep, can't breathe cuz something sitting on chest, dream. Only problem is I wasn't asleep. I was actually laying on my side when I felt something trying to cut off my ability to breathe. It was an unseen force, keeping me down, almost like what I imagine a coma to be like. Once again, (like the school incident) I didn't acknowledge the force and kept calm with eyes closed. Once I felt the force release, I jumped up and out of room, across the hall banging on roommates door.

Roommate was a pot smoking old man Mormon but believed my story. I moved the next day into an apartment with my gf.

Old roommate was found dead a few months later in his car. Was ruled a suicide from injecting wd-40 into veins.

I still visit/call the retired couple once in awhile and the weird vibe is still there. The house is devoid of any love, if there is such a thing. The couple are married but haven't slept in same room for over 20-30 years now. The lady lives in the past and it's quite sad. The male seems happy go lucky, even though he's crippled. Money seems to be paramount in their imprisoned home.

No, A friend of mine named Gary Christensen has that part of Texas.... He's a retired B-52 pilot, then flew for American Airlines for quite a while... I can certainly give your information to him if you wanna pass anything along.

Let me go dig around and find you guys a good one from down here.... BRB.

Sounds like a textbook reply to and by the media. Guy on Reddit pointed out that all the Janet flights, the ones to and from A51 and NTTR, were disrupted so much that only three flew last Wednesday, about 10% of normal. Thought that was interesting.

I would suspect that whatever range that the crash happened on was closed for the duration of the investigation.... possibly other ranges as well... that could account for the slow down.... just a thought..
