I'd get a 12k. My buddy has a Rotary 2 post 10k lift at his house for work and that thing hates the heavy 1 ton diesel trucks, it will do it, but it is NOT happy about it

 

Coincidence? I think not...

I even had Monday off and this week is taking forever

 

I hate non paycheck weeks

 

Bi-weekly pay sucks

 

I get paid this week

 

The salaried employees at my work get paid once per month.... no thanks. hourly employees every other week.

 

when i was commission only i was once a month

 

I suppose you would get used to it, but it seems like a PITA.

 

i did it for 2 years. you just learn to live with it. i was making decent money so i'd rather do that than make $10/hour and get paid weekly

 

Largely irrelevant to me at this point; most purchases go on the CC and it gets paid off at the end of the month.

 

That's exactly how I do it too. But I keep a fairly strict budget so I'm rarely surprised when I look at my bank accounts.

I don't really keep that strict of a budget, but I don't buy a whole lot of random stuff either.

 

I was really good at keeping a budget. My credit card bill was very consistent every month. Then I had kids...

 

I'd hate that even more. I like my weekly checks

 

My company pays bi-weekly but I guess RI has a law saying if a company is so big they need to pay every week so that's what I get. I will say it is much better than the bi-weekly thing
