Armchair weatherman, yes. Climate change expert, no. Two cat 5's in a week should smell fishy. Don't blame the politicians, they got elected by saying what more people wanted to hear and know no more about it than those that voted for them(or do but don't dare admit it). We have experts but too few are inclined to listen and act. The argument that environmentalism costs too much falls rather flat in the wake of just two storms. Hurricanes gain strength from ocean surface temperature rather than some theoretical average so get ready for more of the same. We move mountains and alter the course of rivers by intent, why is it so hard to believe we can alter other things by accident?
Edit- keep in mind that it takes only hundreds or thousands of us to move a mountain or alter a river yet there are billions of us working hand in hand every day with single minded devotion to accomplish this "accident".

Spoken like a true hysteric. No major hurricanes for 10 years. Now two big ones. Guess ocean temps really went nuts in the a couple months. Too many people pissing in the pool? Awaiting proof of your Degree in Climate Science. A D9 will move a lot of earth around, so yeah, we can move a mountain. Push all that dirt in a river will alter its course, for a time. Changing a planets weather patterns? Yeah, right. Tell that to all those starving fuckers living in the desert. You won't convince me it's a UN scheme to bilk money from nations to line pockts. And this isn't the place to have this conversation.

    Eh.

It's a lifestyle brand first and foremost. If they didn't want attendance outside of their own customers, they'd have it organized as such instead of paid tickets.

They sell tickets and spots, so.. it's open to everybody. Losing money or not, it comes from their marketing fund I'm sure. They're still attracting customers by showing their goods, prior customers or not.

What business or organization affiliated overlanding/expo get together is closed to outsiders? From an outside perspective, the only "not welcome here" mindset is from individuals, never the organizers.

Feel free to point out the fine print where it says otherwise. I haven't seen any of the flyers or advertising for TF.

Kings question. I know that my Total Chaos bushings will squeak a little. I am keeping them well greased to lessen that event. However, I am getting a funny squeak from the rear end when going over speed bumps. Going slow, too. Would the rear shocks make a noise or is it probably coming from the springs?

Also yeah. Go or don't go, it's an event, not a birthday party.

Taking a 5 day trip through NM next month, bringing 5 Coleman tents with me.

    One for each night.

5 is more than 1, every day of the year.
