I have 5 (1) new Cooper ST/MAXX Tires in 265/75/16 they all 11/32nds on them except the spare which is 19/32nds. I want to go down to a C rated tire like the Cooper AT3's in 265/75/16 or Goodyear Authority in 265/75/16 C rated. What would you say my tires are worth if I was to sell them? Pic just for example. Thank for any time you have answering the question.

Figuring 19/32 is new, and 3/32 absolute dire need of replacing then 11/32 is 50% of new.

I dunno if they're bald at 5/32, though. :notsure:

50% life best case scenario, maybe? Just trying to figure that out and then it's easier to figure a price. Probably varies by region also.

I would imagine if they cost ~$200 at full tread (the 19/32?) then at 11/32 I'd imagine I would pay like ~100-115 a piece dependent on overall condition aside from tread. Thats my mathematical conclusion which probably bears no weight in the real world lol...and thats with saying 0/32 is a dead tire, but in reality its like said above^^^^^ like 5/32 or somewhere in that range.

EDIT: so probably wouldn't pay more than ~100 a tire.

Not switching out the wheels, just the tires.

Just keep in mind your depending on walmart if u need to replace an authority and iirc theres no warranty thru them for Lt tires.

After the local store not being able to order me 2 new authirities, i got pissed at their incompetence and left. Off to americas tire.

Now i have duratracs with road hazard, i paid LESS per tire, got $80 back on a rebate card, and i can get the tire replaced damn near anywhere if need be. Im not a slave to wallyworld.

Agree that's why I am thinking the AT3's from Discount with a 70.00 rebate. Thank you for talking me out of Wally World

    I love my ATPs.

Similar to AT3. Can't go wrong with Cooper IMO.

I ran authoritys (2 sets)... loved em, but got tired of wally, and that 1 time i NEEDED a replacement, they just couldnt get their shit together. Having the next walmart about 40 miles away sucked.

    Happy to help

Hey Rick  I sold a set of 4 duratracs, about half tread left for $300, to a friend. might could have gotten a bit more. I would say $400 - $450 -/+ for your 5. Love them wheels man
