I saw all that. Ya John is the guy with the Ford and I think he helps build rigs on the side. His daughter snapped the axles in his Ford like 100ft up the trail. Too much skinny. When I see Bruce I'll see if he knew them or more. Sad to lose a life in a situation like that.

Its interesting that is for sure. I do think some of those outbacks when lifted look kinda cool tho.

 

Now that there is expo. The snorkel and tire carrier prove it.

This is the exact vehicle that I was referring to on the Flint trail.

 

eh..idk. The lift yeah maybe. the rest is too much and they are dreaming. With no low range gears, its pointless. Id lift it for Rallycross though haha

Wanted to replace our car with a Camry, but after seeing the Forester posts I'm reconsidering.... Haha

 

O I don't disagree with that at all. I think its more kinda a neat factor for me. Plus I see it more as awesome ski rig. extra clearence for the snow, but plenty of room for people and still decent mileage.

Man time is flying this summer. I have another day and a half in twin falls before heading back. It's been fun but not sure how people stay sane in this town.

Lizzy's flying in next week and I'll have Wednesday through Sunday off. Its going to be nice to have a break and show her around the area.

 

i still can't believe its half way through septemeber. Time flies faster and faster the older i get.

 

Probably around 1-2. We probably won't stop this time since we are both eager to get home. My co worker was on fire for worked a full week, left for fire for two weeks, and then went straight to this training so she is more than excited to be home.

I'll be in Boise around the 23th - 28th in October for more training. We can for sure meet up then!
