    Started my retrofit today. I think I messed up the first one! Luckily I was able to separate the housing still and save the other parts. Also, my clear projector lenses came today after being etched!

    So i did like 230F. Preheated though and baked for 10 mins. Did not turn it off like you said. However, after cleaning the melted plastic out of the oven, I was still able to pry it open. Probably 15 mins after baking and the headlight cooling off. Makes me think I don't need higher temps or longer times.
