But the question of the day is did they get your drunk order right?

My local dunks keeps forgetting the Bailey's apparently....

 

We have a Jose like that here at the office. Comes in, sits at his desk for a few minutes, gets up and makes a coffee. Spends an hour each morning going through his emails and flags and sorts everything that needs follow-up. Takes a break. Doesn't do the follow up. Spends the next hour sorting and deleting the emails that he had flagged the day before that he didn't follow up on. Takes a lunch break. Comes back and shuffles the papers around his desk for an hour. Takes a break, probably to get stoned. Spends the rest of the afternoon trying not to fall asleep at his desk. During all of this he answers between 60-70 calls in a day. Everybody else in the office answers upwards of 200, on a slow day.

So basically he comes in, tries to look busy, keeps everybody scrambling to cover for his lack of direction/motivation, costs the company money, and ends up not doing much.

This hurricane is perfectly named.

 

That's fucking hilarious right there.

 

We used to do that with the Irving Mainway restaurant when I was in high school, lol. Group of about 20 or so of us used to meet every Friday morning for coffee/breakfast before schools started.

They should have made a 'Sibera' region and stuck it there, lol.

 

I did that my last week at an internship while in school one of the engineers who "HAD" to sign off on a major design I worked all year on tried taking credit for the new designer that was entering production in a meeting with the CEO and management so I put him on blast and asked like 15 questions that I had just sorted out the answers to like the week before and after he said I don't know to all of them I was like "well next week is my last week here but I should be able to finish this design, it shouldn't be hard since I've done everything leading up to these issues" on my last day I put a completed file on my managers desk stamped and approved with my signature just to rub it in. Lol

 

If you find a Dunks that gets that order right, please let me know!

 

Group of us would do something similar at a Dunkies on Morrisey Blvd in Dorchester. That parking lot was a nightmare on a slow day, we made it a lot worse

 

From an objective standpoint, it is funny. From a 'working with him' standpoint I want to murder him and mail his body back to Puerto Rico in small pieces.

The Irving we used to descend on like locusts at least had a parking lot that was easy to get out of. It's a truck stop, so large entrances. And it was a right hand turn to get to the school, so we could empty out of it pretty quickly. But, everybody with a car with enough horsepower to do it would lay strips coming out of the parking lot.

 

True that.

 

My dunks at my old house knew me and would have my order ready

 

All they have to do with my order is pour coffee into a styrofoam cup, put a lid on it, and hand it to me, and they still manage to screw that up half the time.

 

Sounds just like me except for the getting stoned and answering that many phone calls! I do it on purpose

Yup. I've never been but the heavy athletics seem interesting which is my main reason for going.

Wife just texted and asked if I wanted to take next Thursday off (since she is a teacher and for some weird reason has no school that day) and go to the Big E with the kiddos.
