Yeh my tires were so messed up I just had to bite the bullet and get it done, even though I know I will need another alignment whenever I get my lift done, which has been over a year n the making...

 

Anyone coming to David's tomorrow who lives close to @Coot83 ? I have been trying to get him my headlights for months...

 

Works been crazy. Just getting back to this thread after a few weeks and not even going to attempt to read back several hundred pages. Cliff notes anyone?

ugh. I LITERALLY just bought that exact setup.... paid close to $70 for it all....

all good things take time.... If I'm going to have to pay for 2 different alignments, I'm tempted to just not drive the truck for 2 weeks and do 1 alignment when I get the Icons instead of 1 for the Toytecs and 1 for the Icons....

but it sucks, I already have withdrawls from not driving my truck... it's been 2 weeks already since I've driven it.

cliffs notes:

- October 14th we're doing a trail run and or camping at Sleepy Creek WV
- our mod day last Saturday was a 14 hour day, but very productive
- there is a mod day at @fatfurious2 house tomorrow for some of the guys
- I sold my KBVoodoo rack

but my truck isnt boring any more

 

I'm getting another NMO mount for my CB so there's some uniformity. Plus I think they look mega cool. I know it looks a little off center (it is) but with the actual antenna on, it's dead center.

 

is that going to interfere with putting stuff on the Prinsu?

 

Only thing I plan to run on the prinsu is kayaks, so no. If I ever need to run anything bigger, the antenna screws off the mount and I can put a cap on there.

so does anyone have a solution for bending a 4ft cb antenna so I can fit in parking garages w/out smacking the "max clearance" signs?

I bought the mount, the spring, and the 4ft antenna.... but the spring seems pretty stiff

I guess I could always take the antenna off..... but I want another solution as well
