I used to wear Mechanix wear gloves all the time when I was a Diesel Mechanic . They were a lot more durable than those cheap ass blue nitryl gloves that tore putting them on

Whenever at the range those Mechanix wear gloves help with recoil ,control sweat and help with gripping the firearm much better

    Awesome

Listen to what he tells you and you'll start noticing how easy it is to navigate the VA system

Some 35 yrs ago when I first signed up with the VA system I was nervous and unsure of its benefits , Also I was only rated at 20% . It took me until 2009 to realize I needed to actually use the VA for my healthcare

Within a year I was able to increase my disability to 30% and now I'm at 80% and waiting on approval to now 100%

Cypher is giving you guys the correct info and to all here that is still not enrolled into the VA system you re missing out

Forgot to mention another benefit of the VA and that is once you reach a certain disability percentage you get nice benefits . Like for instance myself once I reached 50% I was able to get all pharmacy prescriptions for free no co payment . Once I reached 80 % and also a level 1 patient , being at 80% or higher meant that any surgery or other health care above my Service connected disability was free

Being a level 1 , group 1 patient meant the doctors took care of you before any other Veteran so you were always taken care of better

I have a few mini roses in a deck planter box and after all summer they just finally started to open up the last 2 days. Don't think they will last long and trees are dropping leaves fast.

    Roses Deck.jpg

How could you ever shoot some poor defenselessly pretty animules?!

    20 yard bedded doe.jpg

Uncropped she was bedded less than 20 yards from my deck yesterday. Bet I could have pinned her with a XX 2117 arrow and a 125 gr. broadhead right to the ground. At least long enough to get to her and pull the backstraps out and slap them on the dinner plate right next to the mashed potatoes.

Snakes and scorpions all is fair IMO. Kevin be careful.

Bambi was by earlier in the day still a few spots on her. Not big enough to even have backstrap muscles. What the hell very tender though, Bambi, Mom, Dad the whole freaking family might as well take them all out of the gene pool and put them in the freezer.

Interesting moment a little while ago in my Camaro !!

I went to go get some gas at my local gas station . as I pull in I notice a Sheriffs deputy filling up his patrol car and first thing came to my mind was this will be interesting

As I'm pulling up the driveway you could tell I had a very loose converter and once I approached the pumps the exh note was rattling the fuel islands and canopy . I shut the engine off after a min or so then climbed over my roll cage to get out

Next thing I here is the Deputy saying to me " Sounds a little quick to be street car " . He then gets back into his car and drove off !!

I know he was watching me climb out of the car over the door bars !!

Plan is to dry stack a flower bed wall on side of barn and get it filled with dirt for fall planting of shrubs and trees.
