Anyone every have to use nationaltestingnetwork.com to test for a position? Looking at applying for a Civilian EMT position with a FD that uses this site to upload all certs and handle the written test.

You're not far from me. My wife works in Florence.

Only run ins with SC highway patrol I've had were unsatisfactory to say the least. Mad respect for y'all though, I95 is chaos. Part of my coverage area covers I95 south of the 135 exit, one of our guys got hit a few years ago responding to a car fire. He's ok thankfully. Stay safe out there. Crazies everywhere

Hate to hear that. We cover i95 from the 176 mile marker to the 147. So we're not too far from each other. Where does your wife work, if you don't mind me asking?

She works at The Spa at Hotel Florence on Evans.

If you ever need to relax or need a gift for a woman in your life, you'll want to talk to her. She's the best. Massage and skin care, waxing, etc.

Its a law they just rectified last year to bring up to date with current technology.

But I still think it's stupid to have them inside. To me, when they are permanently affixed to the roof (like a badge of honor, none the less, to the brave men and women who are there when the $#!+ hits the fan), you can recognize them from a long way off, even if they don't have them turned on, and you can be prepared, if they get a call, to get out of the way. Now, the first thing that comes to my mind, if they are behind me when they flip them on, is "oh $#!+, what did I do wrong?" because I think it's an undercover leo or somebody pretending to be one. I also don't like the suction/magnetic ones as its easy to remove them and makes it harder to spot the fake ones when they aren't looking for their next victim.

Plus some of the strobes they put in the head/tail lights are blinding. Granted I don't mind them as much when they are on scene, for more attention/safety. But when they are driving down the road (which they're supposed to follow all traffic/speed laws) it gets distracting. And isn't that what 4-ways are for?

Plus my wife just graduated LPN school today and I got this for her as a "gift"
Its an antique glass urinal (with original box) that I put some frosted glass lettering on.

My truck has blue LED’s inside the windshield and a blue light strip in the back window. I don’t think I get mistaken for PD because the truck is Barcelona Red, unless the lights are on at night. It’s legal for me to run them in CT and I would rather have them hidden away when they are not in use so it doesn’t look like a dept vehicle on my daily drive.
