He's mentioned he can control shift time and delays so I'm assuming so but he needs more time with it.

Well I'll be glad when I get my tune and see for myself how much better it is then stock but also kind of exciting to wait on more updates as they refine this tune

Let engine cool completely, Turn wheels pointing left - can easily reach without lifting. Grab a small angled 10mm socket / wrench and you could do the swap before you head out in the AM in no time before you take off.

Just remember...we all got excited with our new cps thinking it fixed something with smooth idle and surging gone...then it comes right back. Don't get ur hopes up

I've never had any surging. I have a slight slight studdering sometimes.

I have the old CPS so I'm
Going to replace it before it shits itself.

Lol, so the soft limiter has been lifted, truck did pretty good at 123mph in Mexico. Waiting for more miles to put in my 2 cents. Should have a few hundred miles down before weekend ends. Tuned it last night.

I am having a little big of a difficult time following with people who are explaining quirks with or without the tune. If you have any quirks WITH the tune or have anything you want me to look at, any opinions, things to consider, etc. Please email me directly so I can keep accurate track.

From what I understand there are a few MT owners with 1.02 that their truck feel sluggish.

a few people with 1.02B Auto with stutter

    is this correct

I think there is some over analyzing going on. Many have reported a shutter low in the rpm range. Some are reporting an odd cut-off near the rev limit.
Im loving mine but the learned shifting is tending to want to reach 6th too quickly again, nothing too bad yet.

YES I'm a 1.02 owner MT and the truck feels just a bit off from when the tune was first installed. Things are generally smoother but i'm finding, as are other MT owners, that after a few hundred miles things start to get a little sluggish for whatever reason. Maybe even more so than 101.b but could just be in my mind not entirely sure.

not to detract from this, but my MT has seemed stable since 1.02 and i'm flying. if there's more available i want it for sure, but it does indeed look like the MT's are reacting differently over time maybe.

if there are any lurkers in SoCal with an MT, go get yourself a free dyno tune for all our sakes.

Yea.. maybe it was the weather? it been a few degrees hotter and more humid since the first day or two of the update.. I dunno I just feel like the past few days the truck has not been as peppy as the initial couple after the update.

The M/T and 1.02 discussion seems to morphing into a temps/weather thing.. In my case, the changes happened over time and have stuck around. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but I'd rather not have my truck picking up bad (stock like) habits!
