You'd be surprised... I enjoy what I do for a living most the time, so a month away was kinda strange. I'm all out of PTO now lol The first week on the road was badass, the second was okay, and then I had to come back home. I had big plans for the full month, but had to call it off early when my dad went to the hospital.

he's on the mend... I'm gonna get him out of the house at some point this weekend which should be good for him. After this year's jambo he said he wanted me to take him wheeling sometime, so here comes the perfect opportunity! I hope he's healed up in a few weeks because I don't like to go slow much

Works for me.... going to try and leave a little early from work on that Friday and get out there around 4 or 5 to find a place to setup possibly and go ahead and get ready.

May just be me and not the woman, so will either sleep in the back of the truck or if weather is good, use the hammock and sleep in it.

Not sure where I will try and camp though... may find a nice secluded spot somewhere.

Still have never tried sleeping in a hammock... I gotta get on that. Where are you thinking about setting up camp? Near the same general area as Jambo?

Not sure. If there is a spot there, possibly, but more of where you camped at Jambo since there were some trees there for shade and hanging a hammock.

Not going to bring all the setup, so am trying not to have to setup a tent, air mattress, or canopy. But it all depends on weather really and if the woman goes or not.

I'm going to set up a tent and have a tent for my dad - he snores pretty good, so I'll set his up further away lol

I'm not sure if I'll bring the RTT and trailer... if so I may bring it with a for sale sign on it.

If you bring it.... let me test it out and see if it is something worth purchasing!

    10-4

It's great for taking a family camping... wink wink... lol

trailer needs some fabrication though, at least I think it does. I can't do that anymore without access to my dad's old shop.

Ha. I hear ya man. I thought about a trailer, but have been looking at a tear drop setup that could then take a RTT on top later down the road.
