He's right, it's a freedom ordnance FM-9. I have it set up as a pistol, 11" quick change barrel. It's a fun toy, but kind of a pain to deal with the links. Another benefit to cheap steel case ammo is that I can use a magnet to clean up both empties and links. The links are reusable unless you step on them, so it's a really affordable blaster.

Anybody using a Winchester SXP Defender? I'm looking for a decent 12 gauge pump for home defense and swapping barrels for dove hunting. My double barrel 12 ga. is retired (because it's 100 years old), and my '71 Wingmaster 870 is a 16 gauge, and that ammo is getting pricey ($17.88 at Wal Mart this week). I'm tempted by this $280 price rag + rebate and I like the look of it. My kiddo says "it looks like something a Storm Trooper would shoot."

I checked one out today. Action was tight, it was a lightweight package. Stock felt hollow-ish. Looks great. I didn't open it up. I don't think I've ever shot a Winchester.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
winchester white box is like 47 for a box of 200. first time ive bought ammo in a long time buit thats pretty close to pre obama days if i remember correctly.

im on the lookout for cheap hollow points if anyone finds a deal. ive always used 147gr +p gold dots but im out of them and i need to test two new guns and last i checked the best deals were on HSTs. anyway plz tag me on any good deals

Went to the range today with my buddy and rented a g43. Shot his shield as well. I shot the 43 better by a decent margin which suprised me since my duty pistol is a MP .40. Looks like I've decided on my new concealed carry.

I have gone to the "dark side"...

I am a wheelgun guy, but just picked up a Glock 19. It is more compact for carry. ;)

    No, Gen 4.

I looked at a Gen 5. I am indifferent over the finger groves (they fit my hand fine) and don't really care for the flared mag well. Of course, the newer barrel would have been nice...

just went to a new range that opened near me. its nice! shot the shield, g43, and g17.5. g43 had a fte and then the brass got stuck to the back of the slide when i tried to clear it. i bought it used, looked like it had been shot little and pocket carried alot. was filled with lint that i dodnt clean out, but i doubt thats the problem. hoping it was the +2 baseplate he put on the mag. only shot 28 rounds thru it. WWB ammo. i also need to work on my pistol shooting.
