Yea I was tossing the smaller ones like hiking a football and rolling the bigger ones up trailer ramp

Hamstrings are already tight, that made it worse. I stretched last night which helped me this am

What do you call an electrical exterior box,a junction box? It has a flat cover that is screwed and not hinged

 

Morning all. Starting new project today. Not sure why I took on a 200 amp service upgrade and rewire this late in the year. Must be a little nuts in the head. Or maybe the Ruger I want is calling my name.

 

With my bionic hip my hams, etc got shorter over the years. When I had it replaced they lengthen that leg almost 1/2 inch. So in theory I'm walking bent over on that leg with the stretch.
So it's getting better but old muscles don't stretch. I end up with severe debilitating cramps if I push to hard at work. So I end up in the bathtub about 2am. Then I use a cane for a few hours at work until I loosen up. Basically it keeps me from falling if I cramp up. The cramp is instant and unless I'm next to something I'll go down.
Customers look at me funny walking around with a cane.
But after a few hours I'm stable and off I go.

No you are not the only idiot. If not working my regular job, usually I am working side work on Saturdays and weeknights. Was thinking this morning how great it would be to have several Saturdays in a row to have for me and what I want to do. But hey, we all make our choices in life right?

I have to stretch am and pm. Most of my working years have been on knees so legs are now tightened to that. I didn't wrench long after going to automotive school. Transmission helper then my own stall doing small jobs,but was hell on back.
I have a spacer in one shoe with short leg. I used 2 dr scholl heel gel pads. I walk level now. Something to look into?

I can't find what I'm looking for and can't remember what it's called. An exterior box,wide and shallow with screw lid not hinged, where all conduits come from bottom and usually just one in from top.

 

Yes for sure. But I wish I had a choice. May talk to the boss in the spring about having a day off during the week if I work the sat.

 

I'm square right now... I walk level. I can't work very much on my knees. The pain runs up to my hip.
