    Free bump for my homie....

I still have a set of these I need to do something with... wonder what I can think of to be able to mount on the passenger side of the bed as I was originally going to use them for rotopax mount, but that idea has been changed....

    Maybe a waterport mount...

Just checking in, wanted to see if you had a chance to do any fabrication on the rotopax mounts?

    just a few things.
Interested but dont know how I want my set-up yet. For your hi lift bracket is that a bracket by it self that mounts to the rail or do i have to attach it to the other mount?

i am working on getting my hands on a Rotopax tank. I have the holes for the base plate already, i just need to get a tank and the mount to hold it on so that i can see how high it sits. I will make sure i post up some pics when i do.

The hi-lift mounts will attach directly to the bed rails, the 48" hi-lift jacks will mount along the front of the bed, or the sides.

Not sure that you will need much more than a 48" lift, unless you plan to have 6" lift, 16" of travel, and 40" tires you should be good. I picked up a jeep off the ground with mine, his tire fell off after the bolts on his spacer broke. He was running 35s.

Yep, will be easier to fill it down in the bed and get it off the camper shell... have to find some sort of use for the brackets...

@Zac of all trades Here's a pic of a Rotopax DLX mount with the universal mount I got from you.
    IMG_20170914_170556.jpg IMG_20170914_170710.jpg
The holes in the provided mounting plate are right at the edge of your mount so it wouldn't work with the universal mount very well. If you put the DLX Upright base directly to the mount it would work pretty well. But to use the full kit your mount would need to be wider.

I'll bring the stuff this weekend and you can mess around and borrow it if needed.

Why do I feel like I gave him a Rotopax mount base a while back so he could have his mounts work for Rotopax stuff....

You did, however depending on the size of the tank you get will determine if the mounts will work. It looks like for the larger tanks they will work as the are, but the smaller tanks will require a wider mount.

But i really need a tank and everything to design a nice bracket.

Also, I may see if you can help me fab up a CB antenna/led whip/rear light mount for a prinsu crossbar.

Working overnight so am going to try and design one up.
