Anyone what % window tint CA tacos have?

Ohhh. My dad was bpd for a while. Is it true that you NEED a degree to be a ranger? I think it would be cool to work at pismo beach someday

 

You need 60 units, which is the equivalent of an Associate's Degree, but you only need the units. PM me if you're actually interested. I'm the area recruiter and could set you up on a ride along.

In non-lawyer language does this mean the material on its own cannot exceed 12% tint and when applied to the window the combination of the window's factory tint plus added material cannot exceed 30% tint?

 

In chp language "any amount of tint on the drivers side and/or passengers side window is illegal"

As quoted from several local officers as they were writing the free pass fix it tickets that require me to remove all tint from the sides and have it signed off or next time they see my truck with tinted side windows I would get the ticket that costs $$

The back windows can be pitch black...just not the front side.

Btw they havent bothered me since i went with 5%.
Its not much but its better than nothing. It helps with glaring headlights behind you at night and the sun.

Beats getting pulled over every 3 months and my dogs appreciate it.

 

That's a great start. If I could do it all over, I'd have joined a branch that would guarantee a helicopter pilot assignment, then after, hire on with any LE agency with a rotary wing division as a flight officer.

When I was stationed in Southern California, I always had 5% on every vehicle I owned, in the front and back. Never got pulled over, in the entire 9 years. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe the police had better things to do.

almost positive i've seen your truck when i've gone to kernville to visit my family lol. if i remember right, it was parked right by the little mechanic shop in kernville by circle park/the saloon

There's also a chance you saw the copy... Some dude got the same truck, same bumper, same size lift and tires, black wheels, and even went as far as to copy my old roof rack setup on the camper shell.. Some people.. His was the facelift version though.
