Yep, just playing along. I need to get them on so I quit tripping over them in the garage, and, to protect from the speed bumps in the campgrounds and door dings at Walmart we don't have a mall.

    Sliders:
Well, the sliders had to be cut off the other truck. So, the legs were tried up and new frame plates cut. The sliders were test fit to the frame and frame plates tacked in place. The frame plates were welded solid to the legs, the frame was stripped where they mount, and the sliders were aligned and welded in place.

    TRD short throw shifter:

Got a vist this morning from @TacoCat . What a good guy I only wish we'd met before he was selling his truck. Through his generosity ho offered to swap me his short throw shifter for my stock one. It was an easy mod we did in about an hour but boy what a difference. It came complete with a grey TRD shift ball.

Short throw sifter really worth it! Does it makes your harder to get in reverse? I red that somewhere but in my 5 speed it didn't got worse, so i am wondering if it does in the 6speed?

I actually tried it in his truck before we swapped. It is easier to get into reverse and all the other gears as well than what the stock shifter was

Good! I think the sts is the best mod I have done so far! Makes tge city driving experience so much better! And also downshifting to pass those slow turtles haha

Hmmm, I wonder if the URD is the same way. Guess I'll have to get it for research purposes!
