I thinking of purchasing a folding Truck Bed Cover for my 2010 Tacoma Dbl Cab Long Bed. Any suggestions ?

Go on to autoanytyhing.com and find some folding ones you like. Then come back here and do a search for those models. This has been covered in the past many times.

I've read good reviews on Advantage TorzaTop and probably get them as soon as I get promoted to Captain. No drill, easy self-installation.

i just dont understand the concept of the trifold bed covers. why would you want to lose 1/3 of your bed? if you dont "use your truck then fine, but if you do then its a bad idea in my opinion. go with the "truxedo" style. velcro roll up.

I picked up a Fold-A-Cover G4. It has 4 sections, opens at the tailgate end and the truck cab end, and locks on both ends.

    Here is a review.

Here is the link for the Tacomaworld pricing from Truck Alterations.

    Good luck with your decision!

I have a TorzaTop. It's light and super easy to take on and off. If losing 1/3rd of your bed space is a problem just take it completely off. It only takes like 30 seconds to undo the 4 cam-clamps. There are heavier, more durable covers but this thing is just so easy to use.

That's what I have as well....installed it about 3 weeks ago. Isn't completely waterproof so if that's one of your goals I wouldn't go with this top. It just has a little bit of water that gets in though, not a huge issue. Past that I've loved it.

Trifolds are really easy and quick to take off and toss in the cab if you need to use your bed. Also, no drill set up is very appealing since some of us don't feel comfortable drilling a composite bed.

Don't mean to take over the thread but can you tell me if you can lock the tailgate using BakFlip? Or do you still need pop n' lock to secure the tailgate.
