Not my car. She just needs to get the fix it ticket signed off in 4 more days. I'm telling her to go trade that pos off for a skateboard, rikshaw, or anything other than another Ford.

Too much sand in the backyard...though it would ease access to the master bathroom.

Take the hatch completely off. Screw in a sheet of plywood right behind the front seats. Add a porthole window. Now you have a Focus pick up and don't have to worry about the wires breaking.

Oh, wait, add a set of rear lights that are from a Mason's dump truck too. Now you're legal...

I tried to just run a jumper from the running light to the license plate light but the fuse is too lite (7.5 amp) and keeps blowing. I was going to drop a 10 amp in there but don't want to burn her car down over a stupid license plate light.

The monitor has recording capabilities, but to use my phone to video at the monitor isn't as good as the monitor recording directly onto thumb drive. If the shop wouldn't allow the construction monkeys to use 15k or so cost of equipment it might be in working order for repair side to use.

:pccoffee: Good morning. Leave in a little bit to get an injection in my ankle. Not the way like to start the day. Or the mile and a half walk back to the truck after. But hopefully in a week or 2 will be able to walk again without much pain. And walk in the woods to shoot birds. Or at least watch the dogs run like nuts.

Or the 3.8L engine that blew head gaskets all the time and took a class action lawsuit to get Ford to even acknowledge that it was a problem. And always happened when I was deployed overseas. One of the few intelligent things my Ex ever said that I agree with is that a Ford will never again grace my driveway.

That kinda crap just amazes me. The posts I was reading on this junker were from 04 through 2015. So in 11 years, nobody got a class action started. The problem was with hatchbacks and wagons. The issue was the looms were made too short and, I think, the only reason this car didn't develop problems sooner is it lived it's life down here where it's warmer and the wires probably streatched a little, or at least didn't retract from colder air....but this is bullshit. They can brag about not taking a bailout (which I think none of them should have), but they don't have to fuck anyone who buys their vehicles.
