    Forgot to share a tidbit yesterday... Probably not relevant, but I think it was AWESOME! Made my heart flutter.

    Got home yesterday from the meet. Kids were napping. Sat on the couch and was watching a soccer game. About 20 minutes after, I hear the pitter patter of a little person walking down the hallway. I sit up, it's my oldest who had woken up and got out of bed. He sees me and comes running full speed to me, saying "daddy you're back!!!". Gotta love those moments.

    Working from home today too. The epic nap I took yesterday when I made it home just wrecked my sleep schedule. I'll use today to get it back on track from the comfort of my couch!

    Nuno I can relate to what your kid did when he saw you but my experience was similar. While you get to see your kids every day I was divorced and got to see them a couple of times a week. But the reaction was the same as yours that is how memories are made and kept.
    If you are fortunate to have grandchildren the first time you hold that baby every emotion you had with your children comes back like it was yesterday .
    Well I got a little physiological but enjoy every day with the kids. This week I get to play grampa taxi with the youngest ones and be a banker for the oldest ones so more memories to be made
