I really gave mine a hard time. They didn't rip. Leave them in the sun for a while. they are a lot more forgiving being warm.

Ok TW people.. If we were to "give away" a brand new "Tacoma" next year... what kinds of things do you guys think are "must have" upgrades? If anyone says a seat cover, other than clazzio, I'll exclude you from any chance of entering the drawing. I think that's like.. fair? :) Let's just assume the seat covers, are done. And, floor mats.. what else do you guys add that you love?

Bed mat. LED lighting. Nice wheels with oversized tires. Better shocks/suspension. Nice exhaust system. Upgraded sound system. Skid plate(s). Pop-and-lock tailgate lock. Cold air intake. Redline tuning hood lift struts. Under hood lights. Bed lights. Box-o-cash. Running boards. Toolbox or bed cover. Steel rear bumper. Console safe. TRD shift knob.
But I would not trade any of this for my Clazzio seat covers.

i think you should put the seat covers in with a quote that says "Clazzios- the only mod you really need"

Has anyone noticed a difference in comfort since installing the new covers. My stock seats bother my back.

I think my seats seats feel slightly more comfortable with these covers on. But not a huge improvement.

My review after having the Clazzios installed in my 2017 DCSB OR, for a couple of months:

    Installation:

    - Easily done by anyone. No need to go to an installer. Just take your time!
    - Let the pieces warm up in the sun, to allow them to soften up and stretch better.
    - Instructions could be better - especially the front seat backs and cushions - i.e. how to fold up the cloth seat pieces, to allow the leather pieces to attach.
    - No need to remove the seats, although I can see how this would make it easier, versus contorting yourself on the cab floor to attach hooks and velcro

    Observations:

    - Allows you to personalize your interior. They don't look like "seat covers".
    - Easy to keep clean
    - Surprisingly grippy - not slippery (at least not mine). May be a con for some. If you like leather because it allows you to slide in and out - these may not be for you
    - Seat heaters are still effective, although definitely slower. Will see what the effect is, when winter arrives.
    - Seats feels slightly higher due to thickness of material.
    - A little harder to fold down seat backs and cushions, due to the added material thickness. Everything is just tighter.
    - Driver's seat cushion looks a little stretched. I have not tried to re-tighten everything up yet, however.

    Overall:

    - A great do it yourself upgrade for a reasonable price.

With some patience. I promise you... leave them on for a few weeks.. run your heater a bit.. and you'll see the material smooth out. Then you can go back and retighten your install points for an even tighter fit :)
