Hidden Falls is first weekend of October (10/7-8) and Fall Run at BMRA is the last weekend (10/28-29) so that leaves the weekends of 14/15 or 21/22 open for a beer drinking meet.

Is there anything in Irving that would be a good host site? Nice and central?

Irving is pretty much just going to be the normal franchise restaurants and nothing too unique. There's a Twin Peaks off 635 and MacArthur if people want a breastaraunt. 54th Street, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a few other chains over there too. Some of the places in Las Colinas off 114 are just a little more expensive. Champps was like $8 for an import beer but plenty of room for parking. There's Hooters off Belt Line and 183 in South Irving otherwise not much else that way. We could go back to Bone Daddy's in Grapevine.

I haven't been to either one but there's 3 Nations brewery in Farmers Branch or Cobra Brewing in Lewisville.

Same here, but Cowboys have a bye the week of 14/15. I'll be in California that weekend, so my vote will be for Saturday the 21st.

There was lots of parking at Champps but it was all full. I'm going to vote against any chain spot, I prefer unique.

My buddy works at 3 Nations, he said there is very little parking for their tap room.

Yeah, I can grab a burger at Chili's any day of the week. I also prefer somewhere unique. There's Division Brewing in Arlington over by Jerry World. Not sure what the parking situation is there. Google reviews were good and sounded like they had hosted a few events. Several styles of beer on tap.

Parking area at Division Brewing looks to be an ok size with some other parking along the street nearby. They open at 2pm on Saturdays and give tours from 2-4pm. There's tables outside and inside but doesn't look like they have food. J Gilligans is basically a block away across Abrams if anyone wants food and more beer.

I think I suggested it a few months ago, Kool Keg is right nearby. Also Fuzzys, Twisted Root and a few other decent food places.

    Crime and despair.

Seriously, thanks for having me out. I'm not normally so quiet, but a.) I ended up feeling terrible with a head cold and slept after the meet up until now, and b.) don't know enough to hold a conversation.

Looking forward to being as obnoxious in person as I am here! :)

We enjoy topics besides truck mods, favorites are @Silverspool only having 2 spinny wheels (@jbmccul also), @ETXTacoma buying parts and then quickly selling them for a loss, @Iamraiderpower leading this pack of misfits from his Ferd, and then me, who told a line of about 12 trucks I was leading off-road, "Don't follow me." and then flopped on the main road.

I mean it was quite courteous that he chose such an accessible spot to fuck his truck up, had winches hooked up in a jiffy

Next time I'll try your approach and watch from somebody's passenger seat. Worked well 2 years ago when my truck was also broken for Jambo.
