Ben Monte, convince me I don't need a diesel. Cuz I LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE the new F250.

Also if anyone is looking for new fords of gmcs, I am pretty sure I have found the lowest price dealers in all the US.

Life is to short to spend it paying off a truck you don't need .

    Lol also a fair point.

I have located a TRD pro Tundra, a 16 eco boost and 5.0, a few 6.2 Chevys/GMCs all with similar mileage and prices points, as well as a duramax and f250 new that I want, more for the actualy want than need factor.

I honestly need none of them, but I am tired of having only my work truck, and would like to have something to play with and modify. Whatever I get I plan on keeping for quiet some time, hence my thoughts of gettting a diesel. I know with the eco or 6.2 I will likely swap in a shorter time frame. Same with the Tundra, especially if a new one is ever announced.

I have a severe want vs need problem when it comes to vehicles. Then again that could be said about most of us. Maybe I should just bite the diesel bullet and get it out of my system.

DPF and EGR wouldn't happen anytime soon. Something like that I would need to hang onto the warrenty.

im saving up for a diesel... I want an older dodge cummins, if i can save enough through the winter ill start shopping in the spring. At this point if im staying in wyoming im going to have toys and my truck just cant haul anything lol. It can hardly haul itself through the mountains, let alone a couple sleds or my own damn boat.

that is if my friend and GF dont make this russia back country trip a reality, then i might put the diesel idea on hold for a year and ski eastern russia lol.

also since were talking about blowing money, i want to sell my ducati and get a dual sport/touring style bike in the spring too. way more practical here in wyo.

if i owned a diesel: First mod would be single stack through the bed.
    no joke lol! Hate away!

I just saw an older model 24v, if i see if again I;ll send ya the link. hga like 75k on it.

I like the idea of the diesel knowing I can keep it for a long time and never really need to upgrade other than my own personal want.
