I have never drove this truck with new lights. Damn I can see again, great fit, quality, and c.s for the replacment due to Ahem up$. All 4 were 65.00 on Amazon. Even checked the seals in the bath tub first with a dunk test!

really nice truck  any concern the bedside tubes will bend if you come down on a rock hard enough? Been thinking about that a lot for when I build a bumper and was debating whether it needed to tie into the frame or not.

This is kind of a weird one but does anyone know where I can find a 1/2" body lift? I need a bit more clearance between the body and the Relentless bumpers in the front and the back and this seems like the easiest way to do it. Tailgate is rubbing in the rear and the grill is rubbing in the front and also the spare tire access hole is covered. Just a 1/2" would solve all my problems as long as it doesn't cause any new ones :D

    Installed the BPV.

oh yeah currently it'll bend without being reinforced. Mine's getting tied to the frame, i'll also be adding a dual swing out, just a work on progress

Yeah it looks like the same type as the Camelbacks I've seen.

    Edit: I guess I'm thinking of Can-Back.

    Stuff. Also things.
I'm looking into new storage bins after reconfiguring my bed rack. Do you think the FR bins are worth the investment? Thanks!

Any spacers on your rig? If so, what size

Exactly what I'm dealing with, I've used the headlight renew stuff...but it always turns hazy in 6mos-1yr.

    Any pics of the install

What do you mean? Not much to take pictures of its a 20 min deal. The side lights come off with a phillips, then grill with a thin flat head, 3 10mm nuts per H.L.

You can get hazy headlights pretty damn clean if you use some of that baking soda toothpaste and rubbing compound then I just put a coat of wax and they're good for like 6 months. Ive been debating getting new headlights though, Im just afraid it'll be the same shit just on a new set... What I really need is glass :p

I'll try that combo, and save my $$ longer (I'd rather have new tires :woot:)!

Do you use regular old school wax or the new liquid type?

Most liquid waxes won't last longer than 3 weeks. Always use a paste style wax as they typically last upwards of 6 months. Adam's Polishes makes a really nice paste wax, it is on the pricey side but I have been using the same can for over a year on 6 vehicles. http://adamspolishes.com/shop/exterior/waxing-and-glazing/americana-premium-paste-wax4.html

I bought some ebay cheapies for my 2nd gen after dealing with the same issue. Immediately wet sanded them and sprayed them with this stuff and they're clear a year later. The main issue is that the light output from them stinks - scattered and low output due to poor reflective surfaces I believe. Not a problem for me living in the city and using my fog lights & high beams when I'm out in the country / offroad. Definitely something to take into consideration when buying new lights though.

Clean, yes but the only thing that can fix the yellowing are new ones. One of the main reasons why I gave up on refinishing mine anymore. Too yellow and too many hairline cracks.
