I have a set of similar lights which I configured as an option when ordering my '17. Similar placement, LED. On with the cargo light. Doesn't have a separate switch though, but lights when the tailgate is opened.

They're ridiculously convenient around here during the winter. I want to at some point pick up a topper and build a mattress platform in there, since I've already got the lights built in with the switch inside the bed it'd be perfect for truck camping.

I bring my dog every place I go.

Hes verry well trained and has never done anything in any of the places I have taken him.
Some people say stuff to me. I just tell them I don't care.

I can partially understand that. I hate it when people bring Fluffy or Precious with them into the supermarket. The key underlying difference is that those aren't trained service dogs - they're the spoiled and undisciplined property of even more spoiled and undisciplined humans. I have seen a Chihuahua piss through the grate of a shopping cart in the bread aisle...and the store do nothing because they don't want to possibly offend anyone.

A trained and qualified service dog I take zero issues with. Some whackjob's pet has no business being in the same place I acquire my food.

Might as well be; been dating the same girl for a very very long time (some days it feels interminable  ), so she's got me well trained for sure.

Kind of a low ceiling, though?
