It was posted on Reddit. Dealers only know what corporate sends them. Toyota did the same thing however with inferno and quicksand in the past few years, so I'd believe it that cement will be available on trd Tacoma's for 2018.

I sent that to my dude at the dealer, so thanks for posting. I'll hold out and see what comes of it and do an allocated order asap when available.

I thought I read somewhere 2018 Tacoma's were scheduled to hit dealers sometime in December.

    Good luck

I have 1500 below invoice offer on table for a loaded 17 sport 4x4. Now just debating on if 18s will have 8.5% markup again from 17 prices, hence if cement is worth that difference.

I'm selling or trading in my camaro so I can wait if I need too.. Just the unknown is pricing make it foggy at the moment..

One thing nice about a double cab sport upgrade package for 2018 is leather interior. Either way I think you should get what you want and don't compromise as you'll most likely regret it.

I mean if you are ready to spend around 40k on a truck then definitely get exactly what you want. Do not compromise because the minute you start seeing cement 18 TRD’s around town you’ll hate yourself. In the end 1500 won’t matter much if you’re kicking yourself about the color or not having leather etc.

Those are both valid points.. and the addition of leather is a nice perk, maybe the package will go up in price cause of it however. But yes cement with a lift and black wheels accents is my target and budget is around 40k, sunroof is a must for me.

I'm hoping to find a '17 because I'm afraid the '18 Tacomas will have Toyota Safety Sense on them.
I saw this on a '18 Tundra at the dealership today and it's a monstrosity. Giant black box taking up half the windshield (okay, that's a slight exaggeration).
But pretty inconvenient if you want to run a permanent dash cam or use a toll tag in the normal spot.

Someone posted some pictures up of a new Tundra and that Safety Sense Box in the Windshield was quite large.

I wonder about what sort of pricing they will be as well. I'm not looking to get a 18 but am curious. If they bundled all that in one package now for sunroof, leather, jbl etc, then add safety sense on top I can imagine it will be priced above 40k by the time you add that premium package on top of the TRD.

The 17s were already at that price without leather and safety sense. I don't know how much extra it would cost but I can imagine some.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet but the new TRD PRO color is the FJ Blue color. I work at Toyota and confirmed that with our dealership owner so hope that helps!

It was an fj colour. Not to be confused with heritage blue though, which I think looks nicer.
