Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
When my Kings come in and I get them installed, I will be keeping my sway bar. I Live in the mountains on windy roads.

Hey guys, decided to order the King suspension system for my truck. I was initially planning on going for an ICON stage 4, but after reading so many threads on leakages and failures, I simply could not justify buying it. I am very excited to get it. Not sure how long it will take yet for me to get it, but I've dealing with Ben at Filthy Motorsports and he's been a great help. He did note that total chaos UCAs do require maintenance due to the uniball and require replacement regularly, so he recommended SPC UCAs, which last longer. Anyone have any experience with them? Not sure if there is a significant difference in travel between the two to justify spending more on TC.

FWIW I got the Icon billet UCAs and love them. They don't require any maintenance really since you're really not suppose to lube them. Some say use dry lube on the uniball but I don't even use that since Icon doesn't recommend it and having heim joints, it hasn't squeaked once. The only pain is that if my uniballs do ever wear down, I have to to it apart to replace but at that point I'll probably use their new Delta joint as long as they are good as they say they are. Good luck and glad you decided to go Kings instead of Icon suspension.

I currently have just under 2.5 lift with stock UCA and alignment is spot on but maxed out. When I install kings will keep stock UCA and stay just under 2.5 lift.

    Hey man,

I did fine here. I live in Central Texas in a town that's approximately 1000ft above sea level. We had some wind, and rain, but it all flowed down from where I live, so we basically had no flooding anywhere. I had some friends who were affected; but luckily they didn't get much flooding. Thanks for asking man.

In terms of the SPC UCAs; Ben seems extremely experienced and he's a brutally honest guy, which I sincerely appreciate. I'm going to stick with the SPC's then.

I'm curious, do any of you guys run 285/75/16s? I'm curious as to what the minimum lift is to ensure that they have adequate room in the wheel well when off-roading. I know it'll probably need to mod the well a bit, which is fine. I just want to ensure that I stay as close to 2-2.5" of lift as I was told that is the sweet spot in terms of the King's performance.

I have SPC and I got them as well after speaking with Ben. Price can't be beat either. He won't steer you wrong.

Well they arrived with great service from @HeadStrong Off-Road :yes:Now to figure out best preload adjustment for 2.5 lift or just under. Replacing Readylift spacers and want exact same height. The instructions look easy but I've read some people disconnect lca?

How about adjusting before install? Dont have a vice or spring compressor. According to specs, factory set at 1.5 lift. Need 2.5 so have to adjust.

Has anyone installed the standard kings with 600lbs springs to get about 2.5 lift with no extra weight? Looking for thread count or measurement. Thanks

Thanks but that's where I'm getting confused. Their instructions say 5 turns is 1 inch lift. Each turn is 1 thread right?
