I guess it depends on if those are the factory coils or OME coils. If they're factory coils, you can buy 5100s for $200 brand new from Headstrong. You would just need new top hats ($90 from Headstrong). If they're OME coils then they could be a good deal if the shocks aren't blown.

 

Ive emailed him and asked about the coils. They look to be in good shape though. Guess I'd just have to get my hands on them.

 

True. If they're stock coils, I'd spend the extra $90 and buy new, so I didn't have to worry about it. If they are lift coils, like OME, you would be ahead even if the shocks were bad. Assembled 5100s with OME coils are $650 from Headstrong. The fact that the ad says that they are set at 1.75 makes me think that they are stock coils. Lift coils are rarely run above the 0 setting.

 

I was thinking the same thing regarding their already being set.
