    Nah, but I had a friend that worked at Chase, had a guy come in and ask for a 12 year loan on a truck, can't remember what they ever told him, but could you imagine?

    Congrats, I have almost 2 years left on mine. Mountain States cold called me last night with the old "We have a client looking for your exact truck, are you interested in our vehicle upgrade program?" Um, no, even though I realize how extremely rare Tacos are in Colorado. :rolleyes:

    When I was in Germany a 10 year Auto loan were pretty normal, they sometimes (no clue how it worked) be still paying off car they have already sold.

    Long term loans can actually work in your favor...if you pay it off in a short term.
    My bike was a 7 year loan with payments just under $300.00, paid it off in 2 years and 7 months by sending $600.00 each month.
