Ouch ok I understand the need to know the pressure / flow rates on either side of the valve why the line from above the valve diaphragm it is feeding to the regulated gauge so if there was a leak in the valve head how would you know since I presume that is the inlet side. :notsure:BTW there is a reason I do what I did and do now lol :} IE NOT A PLUMBER:} so forgive the questions I like to learn.

The guys I work with are worse then the gorillas they used for the American tourista luggage commercials. Besides the stuff was in the garage so it did not cost me but 20 bucks in hardware . The bitch is heavy since it is all 15 ply 7/8d treated ply and 3/4 inch ply :}I am only responsible for the paint which lol is the same color as my second bath :} , the clear finish was already on the 7/8ths plywood it is part of crates used to ship juice to the US from Japan / China for processing before being shipped back.

I have not picked up a new one in hmm 15 years or so , no idea on a guess they changed the thickness of the metal . Have you compared them to an old one ?

How would one adapt this to a bigger battery ?? . As I've mentioned before in other posts this is a sealed unit that has a hard wired coiled cord from the light itself . Also this cord has a special keyed plug end with a threaded weather proof connector that had (2) metal prongs

This plug is then connected to the solar panel / photo cell by threading in the weather proof connector from the light . The underside of the solar panel including the battery compartment is sealed so not sure how I would do that modification

This is the only light I can get locally that'll work for my application

Here's the light but I've already returned it to Home Depot

    Won't work , see above post !!

    Thanks !!!!!

Well if they are sealed units then you can still do something simular.
I thought it was a little different.
    Solar panel , light, battery.
    Build it to suit you.
I built a self contained bilge pump for my boys boat. He was gone for a week from camp and if it rained the boat would almost sink. Solar powered and worked perfect. All he did was put the unit in the boat and it would auto start. Take it out when leaving.
I'm sure you could customize a unit...
