Yes. Those brackets mount to the 2 outside studs on the crash bar. I had to trim about 2.5" off and then drill a new hole in them to hold the light bar and so I didn't have to cut the plastic of the valance.

Remove the 2 outside nuts on each side of crash bar. Slide on the brackets. Tighten crash nuts a bit. Slide light bar in between brackets. Snug those bolts/screws all the way down and adjust aim of bar. Tighten crash nuts all the way down.

Drink 10 beers and go to bed knowing you just mounted a 30" light bar in your lower valance.

Buy the cheap brackets for $30 dude. No need in spending more than that for bent steel just because it has some over priced Commiefornia company's name on it.
