Gotcha! I am not looking cause I'm happy with my cap, but it sounds like a sweet set up. A summer set up would be pretty cool

Well, I am open if the price is right. Even better if you can hold off on sale for a couple months.

I got the navi option, which came with the harmon kardon, wheel locks, and a crap ton of other stuff that I don't even know what it is. The usaa buying page also had a performance pack, which came with the exhaust, short throw, and a couple other things. I cant remember how much it was but compared to msrp it wasnt much extra. Plus itll all be done at the factory and delivered that way. I opted out of the sti wheels, but kinda wish i had gotten them now. I liked both.
Edit: i filled up today at costco for 2.79 a gallon premium. Also glad its dropping
Ah man, i love the hatch. I hope they bring it back.

Nice. I haven't really thought much about remote start/alarm for the car. I've contemplated it for the truck but never pulled the trigger.

I seriously miss my wrx hatchback. Especially in the snow. Almost as much as I miss my 84.5 model year 944.

I never thought they were legal. I guess advancements have come a long way since i have looked. Been driving manuals 22 years, this will be my first with remote starting. Will be nice when its 20 or below out. Need to remember to turn on the seat warmers before getting out night before though :)

My Element was also not bad in the snow. Honda’s “awd” activates when the front wheels are spinning. So its not full time awd. But still effective.

Might even be able to see my side exit exhaust in this picture.

My ex had a pilot with awd that would activate like that too. Being the touring model though, it had a rear diff locker. Had to be in reverse, 1, or 2 to activate. It did fairly well

Yrp from what i read is how it works, you pull the e brake, put it in neutral, push a button on the remote, get out of the car, shut the door, and shut off the car with the remote. That way it knows both the ebrake is on, and car in neutral. If someone opens the door before you start though, it wont work. Cause it doesnt know if its in neutral.

Excellent. I haven't really been impressed with the audio quality of the standard stock radio in the WRX. From what I've read online, the Kicker speakers that are available as an upgrade option produce good quality sound. I'm sure I'll pull the trigger on it eventually, but it will be awhile. It's around $825 for the speakers, tweeters, and sub.

I've never heard of them being illegal on a manual. I think it's just a liability thing because you have to bypass the clutch switch and the vehicle lurching if it is in gear. I never leave my truck or car in gear when I park it unless I'm on a severe incline.
