I got asked to come in next Tuesday on my day off, not sure if I want to do that or not. We have 4 hrs training and 4 hrs coverage of the other shift. It's not mandatory at all, and they have plenty of guys covering, but you know how that shit goes, "not mandatory" means "we can't make you, but would like you to".

Yeah I know it is. I hate when they do that stuff, then lay the guilt trip on when you say you don't know if you can or not, make you feel like you're letting them down.

I don't get a lot of days off, I like my days off. :D

IMG_0678.jpg Drinking a beer tonight hoping I can sleep through the normal shift and not wake up until daylight! Enjoying my new patio for the first time ever! It was all dirt and junk when I got my house finally finished after I went away 2 weeks ago. Gotta kick it back to a normal rotation for a bit.

Heck ya man! Me and some friends used to work at the local hardware & Weber dealer. The people around here buy a new grill every time the paint flakes or the ignighter goes out. So we still pick up the grills customers pay to dispose of when their new one is delivered. We Frankenstein 2-3 together and wammo brand new grill for me!

That's a pretty good deal. I bought one last spring, first time I've bought a Weber. It was pricey, but man it's so much better then any gas grill I've owned. It's so easy to clean too.

They are super nice. And parts are easy to find to upgrade or replace stuff. When they get real greasy a good powerwash inside and out usually makes them happy again.

The whole bottom slides out of ours, it's really easy just to wash after each use, so that grease don't get hard. We use ours a lot, we grill 3-4 times a week in the non- winter months.

Day 3 for me here. Mon and Tue were 12 hour days, back to 8 hour shifts for the remainder of the week and it feels good.
