just this morning i started getting a warning message flash, about every 30 seconds the car would beep the message warning triangle would flash on for a split second and go off.
the message center in the cluster would show a message but if flashes on and off so fast that i cant read it.
i tried going to the messages and nothing is stored.
has anyone else had this happen?

One of the sensors may be dirty, or have something small covering it.

Try cleaning off this section as well as your back up sensors with a soft cloth.

If that does not work, try turning off the BSM system from the button, wait a few minutes, and turning it back on

Sorry, I was not able to help out. That was all that I could think of. I hope that it is something simple for the dealer to fix. Good luck and keep us posted.

I have had to do this before but if it's covered under warranty let Toyota spend their time in it

My BSM went out at 1200 miles. Got it fixed, broke again at 3000 miles. I'm at 19250 miles now and it's still turned off and waiting for a part from Toyota to fix. It's totally unreliable.

I wanted to get that C4Fab rear bumper that retains BSM but now I am second guessing haha

Just get the bumper you want and retain backup sensors. Screw BSM.

Bummer. You can add them from Ebay, just gotta order you a bumper for them and install a kit. I added to the wife's 4Runner for about $150 US. So that's $7,203 for you guys up there :)
