    Here is what I don't understand: The URD Y-pipe eliminates the rear cats but not the front cats. The O2 sensors are placed between the 2 sets of cats and only monitor the front cats, so no engine code will be thrown by eliminating the rears with the Y-pipe, and no O2 simulator is needed for the same reason. Why is this not street legal? If the computer never sees a difference, no codes are thrown, no O2 sim is tricking anything, why wouldn't the URD Y-pipe pass SMOG?

    Because C.A.R.B. That and tampering with emissions system components for "On Road" vehicles is against the law.

    Not condoning illegal mods, but unless someone looked under a truck with a URD Y-pipe, no one would ever know.

    Do you have sound clip/video of this set up? I am really curious to hear how this sounds. I am not trying to get a super loud setup but do want a little performance gains.

    I too have a supercharger. With that, I have DT shorties with welded on high flow cats, URD y-pipe to a URD Mark lll 3" exhaust. It sounds fantastic and it definitely flows well. I had the y-pipe and the exhaust on before I did the headers. It made it a little louder but for me it's a good thing. I have no experience with the pipe bomb. I can say the URD y-pipe is well worth the extra dough.

    @12TRDTacoma @Torspd @jojotoo

    Guys, thanks for helping me find the right belt to fit my 2.55 pulley. I got it on yesterday but haven't driven the truck yet. Hopefully this will cure the slipping problem I had that came with the stock belt

    Btw, has anyone had any luck with the new URD site yet? I wanted to order the URD y-pipe for my xrunner but the 10% off price in the page is still jammed at list price and the forum coupon codes not working anymore. Hmm hate to wait I'd rather be wrenching and getting it installed today! Lol
