Looking for the torque spec for the bed cargo rail/track torx bolts. Been searching without much luck.
"snug" is probably good, just don't want to over do it since they attach direct to the composite bed.

so say I have a 24" torque wrench and am trying to torque the wheels on the truck. Say with socket to the toyota wheel lock and spline nut extensions is 6"and im looking for 83 ft/lb. Id this link for the 1/2"extentions that would go on my torque wrench or if you are only adding length to the torque wrench say with crows foot? thank you

Length of drive extensions makes no difference to the arm of the Torque Wrench, therefore no calculation is needed. You only need to calculate the new torque value when the length of the torque wrench is changed, as in when a crowsfoot or torque adapter is used. If you place the crowsfoot or torque adapter perpendicular to the head of the torque wrench, not making the device longer or shorter, there is no calculation required either.

When doing a differential drop and adding spacers I need to remove the silver bolt in the pic. What is that piece called? I am trying to find out how much fp/t to retighten it with using the guide OP provided us. Is it 101 pounds of torque? 54DD4022-CF2A-4517-A44D-9CDAD733D4FE.jpg

Yes 101 is correct. But that is stock for a 2nd gen. I don't imagine it's much different for a third gen. But I would check with the spacer manufacturer and see if they have torque instructions other than stock.

Torque it to 101. Drink beer. Wait till the next day. Drive 100 miles. Recheck torque. Drink more beer. Repeat as necessary
