Yep it is. I just went to look at my post and they were gone. I know there was a guy bitching that the post wasn't getting updated fast enough.

:notsure: a shirt thread for a meet shouldn't just vanish. Or have any problems for that matter

Unless the OP requested it be deleted so it can be started over...which is what I assume happened. The fact that a bunch of asshole pricks that needed to get over themselves got it shut down never crossed my mind since threads normally get locked, not deleted.

Few questions for the guys who have been before re: campsites-

    0) I'm assuming most of us are camping at the Harlan County Campground, since a trailhead into the park is on premises?

    1) who's planning on getting an RV site? Any tenters doing that for the electric hookup? If so, can I jump in with someone? Looks to be an extra $5 for people past the first 2. I can bring beer.

    2) Are there trees around the RV sites like some campgrounds or is everything wide open? Trying to decide in advance if I'm hammocking or tenting. I can use my bed rack for one end of the hammock, but I'd still need a tree or a post or something.

    3) Can you get a vehicle to the 'primitive' tent sites? I'm not even seeing those sites on their grounds map on the web page.

There will be another thread, specifically for the shirts. I will not be involved in any way shape or form. Also, any further comments regarding the shirts or their design are not welcome in this thread. I will ask ONE TIME for cooperation on this manner. Anyone, regardless of whom will be dealt with in an appropriate manner by mods. I am not here to argue with people. I've invested a lot of time and even a fair amount of money in creating what I had hoped to be a pleasant experience for EVERYONE. (Myself included) I've learned my lesson and will NOT go to this much trouble again.

You can see the RV sites in the screenshot below. They're right off the highway.

We're "primitive" camping and you're welcome to tie off from my truck if needed.

I planned to get a cabin, when I had a lady friend who might have come with me. She gone! So tent for me.

We can go in on an RV site if ya want.

Don't hammock. October in SE KY can get cold depending on the mood of the weather.

The way people talk about holding sites, we must be able to drive our vehicles to them.

Honest question. My stock Taco going to be able to do much at Black Mountain? Hardest thing I have done with it so far has been Uwharrie at Rocky Mt and either Dickey Bell or Dutch John, don't remember for sure. Gonna go anyway, just curious. Been watching some Youtube videos of trails out there, too.

First year we went, there were 3 mostly stock trucks. We did a big loop around the perimeter of the park. We had no problems. We stayed on green and blue trails. There will be more red added to the route this year. May increase difficulty somewhat. Of course, everyone will have the option to stay on easy and intermediate trails if they so choose.

Last year we woke Saturday to a covering of ice. 2 years ago we had mid 80's. Be ready for anything.
