JUST A FYI for anybody wondering if they will get to 100K with no probs depending on your situation .... So far I've done every dealer service (every 5k) since I bought in Dec of 2015 and I'm coming up on the 115,000 service .... so far no probs ... I had transimission and diffs all serviced at 100k .... shooting for 400,000 with no major issues ... LOL

Damn, that's a lot of driving! I bought mine January 2016 and I'm at 31k, and I thought I was driving a lot.

congrats. I couldn't make it to 5k without issues, and concerned the issues I had for my first 20k will impact my truck's longevity. good to know you've had great luck - on to 400k you go!

That is some serious driving right there. Great info. Just curious when you take it to dealer every 5k do you need an appointment and how much on average do they usually charge. I am not use to letting dealers do my service but will consider it with this truck being its my first really brand new vehicle I have owned.(excluding motorcycles which I don't let my dealer touch unless its warranty stuff).

I drive 5k per month ... work and personal use. I put 592000 on my 08 before I sold it. Great trucks just hoping the new trans and engine's on the new tacos will perform as well!

Its worth getting an extended service plan if you can and are bringing in to Toyota for servicing... if you service elsewhere perhaps not, depends on prices. I'm looking at saving about $1200 for pre-paying for services.

Dealer service in Bakersfield, Ca ... $40 for the service that does not do oil change and around 80 for the one that does ... oil change is every 10k ... the 40 dollar service is really just a basic check of all fluids belts and such and rotate tires

I've got 13k on mine had it since June of 16'. On a side note I sold my 02 Sequoia to a buddy in 2008 and it's getting ready to turn 500,000 with no issues
