    It's smog exempt so you're parked just fine!

    Yes. And no. I no longer have to get it smoged, however it's supposed to have it's original smog equipment;

    "Although vehicles 1975 and older are not required to get a smog check, owners of these vehicles must still ensure that their emissions systems are intact."

    It came with the A.I.R. (Air Injected Reactor?), but that was ripped out long ago. Technically speaking, I believe the police could have it impounded/seized if I were misbehaving and they checked it out.

    This is another pet peeve of mine. At my local Wally World, there are cart racks like every 6 spaces, and people still leave carts out all the time.

    Yawn...
    I was just finishing up a cart load from Costco once and had a guy take an empty cart from his wife and head toward mine. I said, "oh thanks" as it appeared as if he was taking my cart to the cart racks.

    Nope. He folded his cart right in and walked off.

    Like they say... they see you have a special car, or maybe just a vehicle you care about, and they want to make you mad. One guy didn't see me coming out of the bed of my truck and parked it last moment. If I didn't have the scheduled test, I would have so many questions to ask him.

    I mean... nice try? Blocking the entry/exit a bit. LOTS of room to pull in.

    Easy now, you do understand how scary those lines are right? They might even jump up and scratch the paint.

    Honestly, if you expect anyone to simply grab your cart for you, you're the asshole.

    Now if the person had made any gesture (wave or point) to you, then it's a different story. But don't expect handouts or freebies on the norm.

    Man up and put that cart away! :)

    Actually no. I saw the old couple get in, then watch him creep in reverse, even though there is no other way in.
