Wildernest question

Has anyone seen or know about the Wildernest tip top that is just a wedge not the full 180* opening tent,
is it just expanded head room or does it have a platform of any sort
here are a few pictures I've found

There is a forum I used to go to a lot several years ago when I had a Four Wheel Camper product where a lot of members had Wildernest's. Wander the west.... wanderthewest.com Might post up in there.

 

Haha, wasn't being a total smartass, but whats the deal? Is the seller in another state from the topper? Maybe one of us can check it out for you if local, see if it's worth it.

I'm kind of amazed at how useless google images is on this one. Plenty for the side flip. I'll bet a buck it has a floor though.

 

I went and checked out that Craigslist shell today. Interesting experience, the lady selling it is a character...

I didn't buy it. She had backed the truck into a tree and there was some damage on the back top left side of the shell. Probably wouldn't be a big deal to fix if you can do bodywork on fiberglass. The shell was also bent slightly on the left side, causing the rear hatch to have a gap when closed.

The tent had some small holes and was dirty. The paint and glass were pretty good. The gas struts were either missing or failing, i forget, you had to prop it up with a metal pole.

I'm 5'9" and could stand up in the tall part. There's no sleeping platform though, that's the main reason I didn't buy it.

She originally said $450 and quickly went down to $300.
