I don't have it in mine....it should be something you can ask the dealer to check or fix for you before you pull the trigger on it.... good luck.

I was referring to the sarcastic not helpful responses... but I agree it was pretty insignificant as far as my standards are concerned, but everyone is different.

OP, a quick word of advice:

"Address the post, never the poster."
If you choose not to follow this advice, you will be a short timer here. Good luck.

Mine has a little gap. Big deal. I have yet to find a flawless vehicle. Ever.

Lest anyone think this is isolated to a single forum...

A new Mercedes model has a 1/4" gap that shows visible paint from the interior around a door jamb, countless threads were started on the Mercedes forum about how to cover it, vinyl wrap or paint, how it's the end of excellence, how standards have gone to shit , etc...

    Quarter inch gap.

    Quarter inch.

if Im reading this right the OPs first post says he is looking to buy a new Tacoma, so he doesn't own the truck picture he posted in the #1 post, but says its irritating him that theres a gap in the bumper of a truck he doesn't own, so why is he posting about it here? If the truck you are looking at to buy has a flaw that irritates you don't buy it WTF.

Probably a Friday afternoon build. Don't buy it, find another. The vision will never leave you. :)

I would say in all honesty not to buy the truck, if a minor flaw like this bothers you enough to start a post about it, its not going to work out to buy the truck your better moving on and buy something else that is flawless, but there is no such thing.

OP still not getting it. It’s a trivial flaw. You’ll be cleverly drawn away from the flaw after you see how fantastic the truck shifts. You did test drive it right?
