Opinions about this 2015?

Long story short, I have to trade in/sell my 2011 Regular cab 4x4 taco with on 10K miles.

What is TWs opinion of this taco

Nice truck, but I'd say too much money.
I have a 2015 TRD/OR/DCSB. Bought in 2016 with 9000 miles on it. I paid 29,500.
Oh, I love the truck. Have 33K on it now, and not a single problem.

 

I financed my band new OR with 6 while miles on the clock for 33! This is looking like your run of the mill sr5. Doesn't look like it has much in the way of upgrades. Simply put they can get fucked for 29k. They either take 26 flat or I'd walk all day long.

 

Looks clean. Go for it. I would say 27-28 is a fair price.

 

Do you know why it doesnt have the SR5 badge on the tailgate?

 

Its just a base model. The sr5 trucks came with a chrome grille and chrome rear bumper, and color matched fender flares

 

Possibly could be the even more base SR model, or the person de-badged it.

Regardless $29k for it is extremely overpriced. I paid that for my 2015 TRD Sport last year with half the miles. That's like a $22-23k truck maybe since you'll have close to no options in it and super basic truck. If you are planning to spend close to $30k might as well try and find a nice 2016 or even a 2017 that's still sitting on the lot. this time of year dealers will discount the 2017s since the new models should be hitting the lots soon.

 

Ah Ic. Ya my '11 is a Base model, and that '15 seems alot less base-like than mine haha XD

 

I actually am trying to eye those up too im just trying to find a manual aswell thats a pain around me apparently.

 

they're out there. I found mine but it took a little searching. combination of autotrader.com, cars.com, and just doing manual searching of dealers around me

 

Doesn't help that dealers seem to like mislabling the tranmission around me. If you notice, that truck said its an auto...but the pictures clearly tell a different story

 

Ohh it's only a base model, yeah 29K is ludicrous. I would keep looking and pass on this one unless its the right price, which is like low 20's

 

Holy Fuck that kind of money for a stripped down rig, never would I pay that. I don't see a chrome grill surround or chrome bumper as stated. Shit I'll sell you my loaded 2015 for $29,000

 

And where are the colored keyed Fender Flares? They are a matte type finish that are not color keyed to anything, the front and rear bumper looks to be a matte finish as well. Says it has Fog Lights, which it does not. Keep up the search and don't get raked over the coals with that one.

For real, it's a base model DCSB but with a M/T, you can tell by the radio.

It's going to be pre-wired for fogs and had Convenience Package added, that's why it has a sliding rear window and leather steering wheel and cruise.

BUT it's to much, that's a 24K truck max!

 

25K if that

 

I lowered it, lol...

Sweet rig and I would drive it in a heartbeat, put some air lockers in the diffs and it would be sweeter!

But it's to much!
