    yeah, pretty much. Mostly I miss the kegorator and C02 system.

    I had a fig tree where I used to live. One day I picked 5 gallons of ripe figs. I took them to work and turned them into 38 12oz jars of fig jam. It took me about 2 hours with about 30 minutes of hands on work. At home that would have taken most of a day. I have a big pressure steamer I put all the jars into instead of dealing a pot of water.
