Those are front access panels from the factory. Just hard formed foam of some kind. Most people just go over the holes with the deadening material but in case I ever needed access i cut them out and put them back. And thanks

Love it, it feels like a truck with stiffer suspension now. It looks high since the stock wheels and tires but soon will be much better.

Location varies, but based in Edmonton, Alberta.
    Vehicle:
    2016 Black Tacoma Limited
Tuff Country 3" lift, BFG Baja Champion 285/70/R17, Unknown Nerf Bars, Diamond Back Tonneau, 800W internal cab mounted inverter, VHF radio, We-Boost 4GX, Ram Mount No-Drill Laptop Mount, Zac of All Trades rail mounts (FX and Hi-Lift), Weathertec floor mats, BLACKVUE 590 dash cam, @Calirasiedled Bed Accessory Mount, Sound deadening
Got these mounted this week. Thanks to Zac of All Trades for the mounts! Testing out the durability of the grip fist mounts for the 20# fire extinguisher or if I'll have to mount the heavy bracket to keep it secure on the rail mounts for the roads out here.

    Well...
Husky X-act contour floor liners / Tint / side steps / plasti-dip the bezel around the grill black / plasti-dip the SR5 and Tacoma badges white....I wanted to try something different than just removing them...

    ***QUESTION***
Hey guys I want to lift the truck about 2 or 3 inches in a simple way, nothing crazy.... what do you recommend?... I'm really in a dilemma and I get lost on all the freakin' lift kits and Baja-racing options... I was thinking on running 5100's al around.... would that give me a lift at all....right now I have the basic SR5 setup with hitachis.... any input would be greatly welcome..

I think the step part that broke is cast iron if it broke like that and didn't wrinkle the frame around it at all. Cast iron is much more brittle than steel and I could see it breaking before the frame since it's only designed to support a human. I would definitely get the frame checked out though and it sucks to have crap like this happen!

I ordered the truck...delivery to dealership should be on Sept 24. I fly in from Houston on the 28th.
    I'll ask the dealer.

Thank you, they seem pretty sturdy, if they don’t hold in very well, then I will just add a few drops of carpet adhesive to them, but I believe they will be fine. I purchased them through Amazon.

6112s front and 5160s rear easy, pretty cheap, and light years ahead of 5100s. You will not get any lift from just replacing shocks, Coils and leafs lift the truck. wheeleroffroad.com has a lot of great kits. Toytecs are nice but they are really just adjustable 5100s. No UCAs required if you stay 2" or under, if you go over you may want to consider them to keep alignment in spec. JBA UCAs are the heat. Just my 2 cents..
