    I've put mine and and taken it off probably 10 times and I get frustrated every time because my hands barely fit. Today I bought two extra cross bars from prinsu. Mount it once to the two new cross bars and remove those instead of the tent

    My Yakima bars come off with 4 key locks, hoist off with a 5:1 and drive away. Granted I have a shop to keep it out of the way...

    I got this from RTT thread...1 1/4" muffler saddles fit perfect on my Yakima bars. Remove the whole setup with a 5:1

    Instead of screws to mount the rails, can you find a push button slick pin? We use those on climbing ascenders, I'll see if I can find a pic...

    Something I usually do it change out the hardware for a normal nut and a lock washer instead. That allows you to run up the bolt easily with your fingers and just tighten the last bit with a wrench
