I would just remove all of the emblems permanently. they're just held on with tape. then remove the grille (lots of videos on youtube) the Toyota emblem comes right out and paint it black.

Cheapest remove them. Black plastic overlays $99 eBay for full set is the way I went. Was happy the way they looked except the Sr5 emblem so I removed those

I was just thinking the same thing. Must be the glare!

On a separate note, is white the best color ever for a dirty truck?
I swear the trucks look better dirty than clean. (or is it just me).

20170910_125859.jpg Traded in my 2016 black DCSB SR5 4 banger for a 2017 TRD 4x4 Sport. The truck I should have bought the first time really. Being told my truck would have to sit for 3 months waiting on rearend parts was a good enough reason to trade up. Within the first 2 weeks I installed Rough Country spacers, 265/70/17 BFGs, an MBRP cat back, and the S&B intake. I am so in love with this truck.

Here is the S&B intake, took a drive from Eastern NC to Charlotte to watch the Panthers game and even with the intake, tires and MBRP exhaust I still managed 21mpg. Not too bad.20170923_183443.jpg

    Playdate.

I kept thinking i should have gone with the Cement. I think i like mine better now though. The black accents really pop. Both are sweet though.

My kids made fun of me for parking next to this guy for a picture. Apparently I'm an honorary millennial for such shenanigans. They must never know about TacomaWorld. I'd never hear the end of it! I'll just tell them I'm surfing porn. Less scandalous.

    Thanks!

I'll be replacing the springs soon with OME's. Just can't decide which I should go with. I plan on getting an aluminum CBI bumper. I don't know if I really need OME 886's since the aluminum bumper is a good bit lighter than the steel. Of course by the time I add the winch......

For the rear I'm just going to do a 3 leaf AAL.

Yeah, those are OEM. I just got mine installed. I wasn't sure at first, but now i like the look too. They're not the beefiest things ever, but i guess I'll see how they hold up. When they are folded, they remind me of Predator dreads for some reason:
